1. General Terms

1.2. By availing these offers, Users agree to be bound by these T&Cs, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable laws of India.

1.3. The Platform acts as an intermediary facilitating access to offers and is not directly responsible for the quality, delivery, or performance of the products/services provided by Third-Party Providers.

2. Nature of Offers

2.1. The Platform acts solely as a facilitator to provide access to multiple offers, discounts, and promotions offered by Third-Party Providers.

2.2. The Platform does not own, sell, resell, or control the products or services offered by Third-Party Providers.

2.3. The availability, terms, and redemption of offers are governed by the respective Third-Party Providers.

3. Eligibility for Offers

3.1. Offers are exclusively available to Moneycontrol Pro subscribers during the validity period of their Moneycontrol Pro subscription.

3.2. Each offer may have additional specific eligibility criteria such as location, age, or other factors, as determined and defined by the respective Third-Party Provider. Users must comply with these criteria to avail of the offer.

3.3. The Users is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their personal information provided during registration to avail of the offers.

3.4. Offers cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash unless explicitly stated.

4. Use of Offers/Offers redemption process

4.1. Details of available offers, including discount codes, redemption procedures, and validity, will be displayed on the Platform.

4.2. Users must follow the specified redemption process to claim offers. This may include using unique coupon codes, visiting specific links, or entering details on Third-Party Providers’ websites.

4.3. Redemption of offers is subject to the terms and conditions set by Third-Party Providers. The Platform does not guarantee the success of redemption or availability of offers.

4.4. Offers are subject to availability and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at the sole discretion of the Platform or the respective Third-Party Provider without prior notice.

4.5. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that they meet all terms and conditions of the specific offers, including any exclusions or restrictions specified by the Third-Party Provider.

4.6. Any misuse, unauthorized sharing, or fraudulent redemption of offers may result in the termination of the User’s Moneycontrol Pro subscription without refund and legal action as per Indian law.

5. Payment and Transactions

5.1. Payments for products/services availed through offers are made directly to the respective Third-Party Provider unless otherwise stated and is subject to their payment terms, policies, and processes.

5.2. The Platform is not responsible for payment-related disputes, including non-payment, refund, or chargeback issues.

5.3. Refunds, cancellations, or other financial adjustments are governed by the respective Third-Party Providers' policies.

5.4. The Platform is not liable for payment disputes between the User and the Third-Party Provider.

6. Quality of Products/Services

6.1. The quality, delivery, functionality and performance of the products/services availed through offers are the sole responsibility of the respective Third-Party Provider and the Platform is not liable or responsible for the same.

6.2. The Platform does not provide any warranties or guarantees regarding the products/services, including their fitness for a particular purpose.

6.3. Users must directly address any grievances, complaints, or disputes related to the products/services including but not limited to defects, delays in delivery, or discrepancies with the Third-Party Provider.

6.4. The User acknowledges that the Platform has no control over and does not warrant the actions or omissions of the Third-Party Providers.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. All trademarks, logos, and brand names of Third-Party Providers displayed on the Platform are the property of their respective owners.

7.2. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the offers as per these T&Cs.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

8.1. Offers availed by Users prior to cancellation of the Moneycontrol Pro subscription remain valid until their expiration, but no refunds or adjustments will be made for unused offers.

8.3. Refunds or cancellations for products/services purchased through offers will be subject to the policies of the respective Third-Party Provider.

9. User Responsibilities

9.1. Users must provide accurate and complete information during subscription and when redeeming offers.

9.2. Users agree not to engage in any fraudulent activity, misuse offers, or violate the intellectual property rights of the Platform or Third-Party Providers.

9.3. Users must carefully review the terms of each offer and ensure their eligibility before availing of it.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. The Platform is an intermediary and not responsible for:

• The quality, delivery, functionality or performance of products/services offered by Third-Party Providers.
• Any loss, damage, or delay caused by the Third-Party Provider.
• Errors in offer details provided by Third-Party Providers.
• Non-availability or withdrawal of offers.
• Any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from the User’s engagement with Third-Party Providers.

10.2. The liability of the Platform is limited to facilitating access to offers and does not extend to the transaction or fulfillment of products/services.

11. Termination and Suspension

11.1. The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User’s access to offers in case of non-compliance with these T&Cs or fraudulent use of the Platform.

11.2. In cases of misuse of offers or breach of conditions set by Third-Party Providers, the User may be permanently barred from accessing future offers.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1. These T&Cs are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

12.2. Any disputes arising under these T&Cs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.

13. Privacy and Data Use

13.1. The Platform collects and processes User data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and complies with the applicable data protections laws in India.

13.2. The Platform may share limited User information with Third-Party Providers for the purpose of offer redemption, in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

13.3. Third-Party Providers may collect User data for the purpose of fulfilling offers, and Users should review their privacy policies separately.

14. Force Majeure

The Platform shall not be liable for any delay, failure, or interruption in providing offers due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, government actions, or strikes.

15. Amendments

The Platform reserves the right to update or modify these T&Cs at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform and availing of offers constitutes acceptance of the modified T&Cs.

16. Entire Agreement

These T&Cs, along with the Platform’s general terms of service, constitute the entire agreement between the User and the Platform regarding the offers.
