Quick Heal Technologies has announced the appointment of Ms. Amita Mirajkar as an Independent Woman Director, effective September 25, 2025.

The decision was approved by the shareholders at the 30th Annual General Meeting. Ms. Mirajkar's term will be for five consecutive years.

Ms. Amita Mirajkar (DIN : 06945253) has been appointed as an Independent Woman Director of the Company.

Ms. Amita Mirajkar has done MBA in Technology Management from University of Phoenix in 2013 and BE in Computer Engineering from Maharashtra Institute of Technology in 2003. Ms. Amita is Vice President at EXL Services and before that she was Co - Founder & CEO of Clairvoyant India.

She has Achieved various Recognition and Awards including:

Women in Tech Awards 2024 Finalist by Nasscom.

Innovative Data Engineering Project of the year, 2024.

ETRise top MSMEs Winner.

Ms. Amita has a combination of deep technology expertise, proven leadership capabilities and a strong governance foundation.

Ms. Amita has comprehensive qualifications to address all key requirements for Independent Director.

Ms. Amita Mirajkar is not related to any Director of the Company.

Ms. Amita Mirajkar is not debarred from holding of office by virtue of SEBI Order.
