E.I.D.-Parry (India) Limited has announced that its 50th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday, August 6, 2025, at 03.00 p.m. (IST) via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The company has issued letters to shareholders whose e-mail addresses are not registered, providing a weblink to access the Annual Report on the company's website, in compliance with Regulation 36(1)(b) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The Notice of the 50th AGM along with the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2024-25 is being sent electronically to members whose e-mail IDs are registered with the Company / Registrar & Share Transfer Agent (RTA) or the Depository Participants (DPs).
