Bloom Industries Limited (BIL) is engaged in the business of trading of Iron & steel and Labour job works. The Company was incorporated with the name Bakrewala Steels Private Limited on October 6, 1989 in the Sate of Maharashtra under the Companies Act, 1956 as Private Limited Company. On 21st October, 1992, the Company was converted into Public Limited Company with the name Bakrewala Steels Limited. On 6th October, 1994, the name of Company was changed to Bloom Industries Limited.
